Founded in 2007, we have deep roots in Western North Carolina and a strong background in commercial real estate and appraisals. Our experience consists of appraising various types of commercial properties including light industrial, professional and medical office, retail, multi-family, and income producing properties such as subdivisions and shopping centers. Terri Patton, MAI
Principal Appraiser
Terri Patton, MAI is a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with a focus on commercial real estate. A native of Western North Carolina and an appraiser since 2005, Terri is not only familiar with real estate, but has a lifelong understanding of the region. In addition, she hold the MAI Designation from the Appraisal Institute, a member of the North Carolina Professional Appraisers Coalition (NCPAC), Hendersonville Board of Realtors, The Asheville Commercial Investment Realty Association of Western North Carolina (CIRA) and a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker.
